I came to Body First Chiropractic L.L.C. because of back pain I had been having for about 11 months. It was often bad enough that it would make me sick and I would have to stop working. I am self employed so when I take work off I don’t make any money and also lose customers. 

Dr. Riddle took x-rays to find my problem and I am glad he did because he found what was causing my pain.  “My previous Chiropractors never took films.”  The problem was a condition that wasn’t spine related but because of the x-rays Dr. Riddle was able to send me to a specialist that fixed the problem right away.  This may have cost me a little bit more money at first but definitely saved me thousands on medical bills later if it would have gone undetected.

Before coming to Body First Chiropractic L.L.C. I suffered from low back pain and shoulder pain daily for at least six months. Some days were very painful, it hurt to lie down, stand or even sit for any period of time. I had tried many pain killers but knew that I would only be covering up the problem.

Being my first Chiropractic experience I was a little skeptical at first.  Dr. Riddle put me on a care plan that he believed would best get me results and it worked.  It has been two months and I can now move without thinking about how to do it without pain. I sleep comfortably and through the entire night, something I haven’t done in months. I feel more useful and productive at work and am saving money on pain medication.

I have had fewer and far less severe migraines since I started seeing Dr. Riddle…

Migraines used to be a weekly part of my life for nearly 20 years. They often would cause nausea and sickness, leaving me no option but to lock myself in a room and miss an entire day of work.  I have been taking far less medication and haven’t used my Imitrex in months.

I know now how and why Chiropractic works if I didn’t I wouldn’t care because I would still use it, that’s how much it has done for me. It has given me a chance to do things and not worry about a debilitating headache cancelling my plans.

I had been suffering with back pain for approximately 2 years. At worst my back was limiting me to three hours of sleep a night only to awake to horrible muscle spasms. I found myself constantly feeling tired. My last experience with Chiropractic actually started the above mentioned problem, making me hesitant to seek treatment again.  The only thing I could do to help the pain was to sleep in a seated position which left me sore in other areas.

I am currently able to sleep all night and am waking up with minimal or no pain.  My quality of life throughout the day seems to be noticeably improving due to increased flexibility and less tension.

Low back pain that I had been dealing with for 5 months brought me to Dr. Riddle’s office.  The back pain made it very painful to walk or sit. I would go to the store with my wife and find it hard to walk or stand for more than 15 minutes at a time.  My previous experiences with chiropractic had helped greatly so I knew Chiropractic would help.

Dr. Riddles’ evaluation found numerous problems that he addressed and also sent me to specialists have orthotics made for my shoes.  He said I have had this problem all my life, yet no one has ever told me about it or had thought it to be serious.

I am 68 years young and now am pain free. I work out at the gym three to five days a week and feel younger and more energetic than I have in thirty years.  I can walk with my wife at the stores with no problem and enjoy spending time in the woods and at my camp acting like I’m in my twenties again.
